Information we collect
If you contact support, we store the email address, order reference, and message you provide. When purchases are enabled, order records include your email, purchased product, payment references, marketing choice, and download authorization. Do not submit Social Security numbers, credit reports, or card details.
Payment information
Stripe processes payment details on its checkout page. This website stores transaction references rather than complete card information. See Stripe’s privacy policy for its processing.
How information is used
We use order data to fulfill purchases, provide support, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain business records. Transactional delivery messages are separate from optional marketing emails. Marketing follow-up is sent only with your consent.
Storage and sharing
Order and support records are stored in a hosted database, and digital files in protected object storage. Our payment and configured email providers process information needed to provide those services. Data is not sold through this site. Backups may retain business records.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in each message. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, use the support form. Some records may be retained when required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Cookies and external links
The store does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use cookies for private site access. Google Fonts receives browser requests for typefaces. Links to Stripe, Wimzy IT, and other websites lead to their own privacy practices.
